690 generic epoxy reactive diluent phenyl ether of propylene oxide, phenol and epichlorohydrin by the ether by the open-loop, and then prepared by epoxidation and the ether reactive diluent.
690 indicators of quality of epoxy reactive diluent
Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
Epoxy value (equivalent / 100 g) ≥ 0.5
Organic chlorine value (equivalent / 100 g) ≤ 3000PPM
Features and Application
690 low viscosity epoxy reactive diluent, 0.007Pa · s or so, with the epoxy resin miscible in any proportion. Compared with the 501, 690 molecules containing benzene rings, so 690 products, epoxy reactive diluent heat resistance higher than 501.
690 epoxy reactive diluent and the reaction can be obtained polyamine epoxy curing agent. Such as phenylene diamine can be made with 590 epoxy curing agent.
Amount
Typically 10-15% of the amount of epoxy resin (weight ratio). 690 contains the epoxy group reaction with the curing agent, which used to be a corresponding increase in the amount of curing agent.
Packaging and storage
20Kg plastic drum, 180Kg iron drum. Because 690 is a flammable, volatile chemicals, to avoid sunlight, away from heat, store in a cool ventilated place. To prevent static electricity and open flame contact.
Production methods: from phenol and epichlorohydrin in the presence of sodium hydroxide condensation. The phenol, sodium hydroxide, mixing until dissolved, cooling to 5-6 ℃, slowly adding epichlorohydrin. Canada finished stirring at 25 ℃ for 45h, extracted with diethyl ether reactants, anhydrous potassium carbonate extract plus drying, filtration. Ether filtrate recovered by vacuum distillation, collecting 120-123 ℃ (1.46kPa) is the glycidyl phenyl ether fractions.
Uses: used as intermediates in
