DIRECTIONS FOR USE使用指南
Polymerization temperature 聚合反应温度: 85-91 ºC

- Any of the following vacuum impregnation methods can be used to impregnate parts in C-Seal 91可利用下列任何一种真空浸渍方法将C-Seal 91浸渍到部件中。
- Wet Vacuum 湿真空

- Dry Vacuum/Pressure 干真空/压力
- Pressure Impregnation 压力浸渍
- Use the centrifuge or drip station to reclaim excess sealant after impregnation. 浸渍后,使用离心机或滴落台回收多余密封剂。
- Use plain water to wash and clean parts 用淡水冲洗来清洁部件。
- Please soak parts in hot water tank and allow sufficient time for sealant to cure within the part. Add some corrosion inhibitor to the hot water tank to provide part protection from rust or corrosion. 将部件浸入到热水箱中,保持充分时间使密封剂充分固化。热水箱中应加入缓蚀剂以防止某些部件生锈或腐蚀。
NOTE: Sealant will cure in four to ten minutes at 90°C, but please allow sufficient time for interior sections of parts to reach that temperature. 注: 90 °C 下, 固化剂可在4-10分钟内固化,但要确保充分的时间使部件中心达到此温度。
- Allow sufficient time to thoroughly cool the parts after removing them from the hot water tank 从热水箱中取出部件,充分冷却。
STORAGE INFORMATION储存方法:
Store at 10 ºC to 22 ºC in dry condition. Avoid direct exposure to light or warm temperature.
